Routine Inspection:
All hand washing stations fully equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
All temperatures met health requirements:
- Coolers maintained at or below 4 degrees Celsius (40 degrees Fahrenheit).
- Walk-in freezer maintained at -28.1 degrees Celsius.
- Hot holding maintained above 60 degrees Celsius (140 degrees Fahrenheit).
High temperature dishwasher sanitizing with 76.5 degrees Celsius at dish level after final rinse cycle.
3-compartment sink available for manual warewashing.
QUAT sanitizer at dispenser = 200 ppm.
QUAT sanitizer in all buckets and spray bottle = 200 ppm. Time tracking available on all sanitizer buckets. Wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution - good.
Pest control in place.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of inspection.
- No wasps seen onsite at the time of inspection.
Ice machine clean.
All staff wearing uniforms, hats and practicing good personal hygiene.
Note: graveyard shift workers do the deep cleaning.
