Comments

There were no critical or non-critical violations observed. Comments: -The scoops were found inside the dry foods bins and appeared caked up. Handles were found touching the dry foods and pieces of flour were found in sugar bin. Ensure that scoops' handles are not touching the dry goods and cleaned and sanitized by the end of the day. -General sanitation of premises appeared satisfactory. -Quats sanitizer solution was prepared daily and test strips were available for testing. A bottle of QUATS sanitizer was prepared at time of inspection and measured at 200 ppm. -Chest freezer measured at -30 deg. C -Domestic fridge at 4 deg. C -Handsinks provided with liquid soap, paper towel, and an automatic water faucet. -Regular pest control services provided by ORKIN. Last service was today. Continue monitoring for pest activity and follow your pest control recommendations. -HACCP, Master Sanitation Plan was available on-site.
