Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One tray of chicken donair meat and one tray of beef donair meat made from yesterday were taken out from cooler and left on top of the hot holding units. Temperatures of the meat were probed to be 8.6 to 9.8C. Owner says he is planning to reheat the meat on the grill and then serve for the day.
Corrective Action(s): Take small volumes of meat out to reheat and keep the rest of the meat in the cooler. Do not leave the meat on top of the hot holding units or at room temperature when not in use.

Observation: Food debris noted around corners and hard to reach areas in the kitchen (around standup cooler and underneath dishwashing sinks).
