-renos done included painting inside and new hot water tank
*handsink fully equipped but soap dispenser no longer on wall after renos, remount or obtain soap pump for counter that is easily accessed by staff
-bleach on site as approved sanitizer
-coolers at 4C or less
-freezer at -18C
-hot dogs made on site
-sandwiches made in main kitchen
-condiment inserts and tongs washed in main kitchen
-left dishwashing sign on site and explained proper manual dishwashing procedures
*in use tongs stored at room temperature must be changed out for a new set or washed, rinsed, and sanitized every 4 hours
