Code 402 noted on Routine inspection # LKIM-BDWNHD of Jul-09-2019 Employee does not wash hands properly or at adequate frequency [s. 21(3)] Observation: Staff observed to walk in from street and handle food in food preparation area. . Correction: Staff hand washing is not acceptable. EACH TIME staff re-enter the food preparation area from: smoking, outside, changing TV channels, etc. hands need to be washed. EACH TIME staff handle money and resume food preparation staff are to wash hands. .

Permit MUST be placed in conspicuous location for public to view. - One staff member to take Food Safe level one and PASS. Staff has registered for this upcoming Wednesday. . ITEMS CORRECTED: - Back door not open during inspection Some cleaning and organizing remains. - Much cleaning has occurred - EXCELLENT WORK! - Broken Cooler Handle was repaired - Broken Freezer handle was repaired - All unnecessary items removed from facility - Back washroom sink no longer leaks
