Follow up to report MBEK-CXMSZ7.
Cooler located next to the cook line has been serviced. Cooler measured 1 degree C at time of inspection.
Proper cooling practices in use. Cooked potentially hazardous foods that had been cooled were measured at an internal temperature of 4 degrees C or less. It was stated that freezer, ice wands, and cooling in shallow layers in use to facilitate rapid cooling.
Hand washing stations (kitchen, washroom) unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Three compartment sink set up for manual warewashing. 100 ppm chlorine bleach sanitizer in third (sanitizing) compartment. Test strips available.
Equipment and utensils protected from potential contamination.
