Comments

Follow-up inspection was conducted:

-Dishwasher (low temperature) was now measuring 100ppm bleach at plate's level during final rinse.
-Rodent droppings were cleaned. Hallway was now cleaned and empty kegs and equipment were removed from the hallway.

-Correction order was rescinded by district health inspector as violations stated in the order were corrected.

-Pooling water under the ice machine and grease under the stove were cleaned.

*Please complete owner change process with district health inspector.

-Certificate of incorporation was received during inspection.
-Permit fee was paid during inspection.
