Corrective Action(s): Remove the food debris from the floor and ice block from the standing freezer. Ensure that the premise is maintained in sanitiary condition.

- QUATS spray bottle available in the front and back. Concentration measured to be at 200ppm
- All coolers (prep cooler, standing coolers, walk-in) measured to be at 4C or less
- All freezers (chest and standing freezers) measured to be at -18C or less
- Ventilation hood in sanitary condition.
- Good food storage practices observed with raw meat (e.g. raw eggs and chicken) stored under ready-to-eat foods (e.g. buns).
- No pest activity detected during the inspection. Premises serviced by professional pest control company.
- Staff onsite has valid and current FOODSAFE Level I or equivalent training
