Corrective Action(s): Discussed using a cardboard shim as a temporary solution until the door is repaired and is able to close properly.

Observation: REPEAT OBSERVATION: 2 staff members on site at the time of inspection of which no one was able to produce a valid FOODSAFE level 1 certificate. Both staff members indicated that they had not completed the course.
