Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Surface sanitizer in bucket was measured at approximately 50 to 100 ppm quats.
Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer concentration was corrected and measured at 200 ppm quats. Note: Manager to obtain appropriate test strips as soon as possible as it was stated that test strips had recently run out. Ensure sanitizer is always maintained at the correct concentration for effective and safe sanitizing of food contact surfaces (for example, 200 ppm quats or as per manufacturer's specifications).
