Routine inspection conducted:

- Walk in cooler at 1 degree C. Food is covered, dated, properly organized, and stored off the ground.
- Glass cooler at 3 degrees C
- Prep cooler at 4 degrees C (above) and 2 degrees C (below)
- Under counter cooler (service area) at 4 degrees C
- Reach in freezer at -21 degrees C
- Hot holding internal temperatures at greater than 60 degrees C
- Thermometers available for cold holding units. Functional probe thermometer available for internal temperature checks.
- Temperature records are well maintained
- Quaternary ammonium compounds (quats) sanitizer available in labeled spray bottles at 200 ppm
- High temperature dishwasher measured 73 degrees C at utensil surface (minimum 71 degrees C)
- Utensils and equipment are maintained in sanitary condition
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold (or warm--mixed valve) running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
- Audited meal replacement is within printed expiry
- FOODSAFE requirements met at time of inspection
- No signs of pest activity observed. Premises is serviced by a professional pest control company.
