Comments

- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- All coolers - walk-in and two upright coolers are measured at less than 4C
- Freezer measured at less than 4C
- Sanitizer solution available at 100ppm chlorine residual
- Food storage practices are satisfactory.
- Bar area is closed and not in operation due to COVID 19
- General sanitation is satisfactory

NOTE: New commercial dishwasher (low temperature) is installed. Concentration during final rinse cycle is measured at 50ppm chlorine residual. Dishwasher needed to primed to get sanitizer residual after final rinse cycle.
Please note that dishwasher logs must be maintained, concentration of sanitizer must be checked using chlorine test strips daily or on days when kitchen is in operation. Ensure that concentration during final rinse cycle is minimum 50ppm (not more than 200ppm)
-Discussed with the operator, requirement to develop and implement COVID Safety Plan in addition to requirements laid out in the provincial order for food service establishments. Resources were emailed.
-Facility is not open for dine in or any other Legion events. Currently, kitchen will only be used by other operator who lease it for their business (approved)
