Rodent droppings removed and shelves have been cleaned. some minor rodent droppings observed behind filing cabinet in the dry storage room and in the corner of the chaffing dish storage in the dry storage receiving area metal cabinet (bottom shelf). continue routine deep cleaning of dry storage area and follow pest control professional's recommendations
