Bleach sanitizer measured 100 ppm (spray bottle).
Upright cooler was at or below 4 deg C.

All food and food-related items were stored in cabinets.
No signs of pests noted. Pest control in place.
General sanitation was satisfactory at time of inspection.
Note: Two compartment sink in the kitchen to be replaced either with a 3 comp sink (single use wares and utensils only) or install a commercial dishwasher.
