611 - Semi critical items not adequately cleaned and disinfected Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Protective eyewears disinfected with 99% isopropyl alcohol. Which is not a high level disinfectant. Improper disinfection of eyewears can allow disease transmission between customers. Corrective Action(s): Use high level disinfectant to disinfect protective eyewears after each client or use single use protective eyewears.

Hair Barbicide available onsite for use. Vacuum breaker installed on the hair washing sinks. Hand sinks provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Towels/liners are laundered onsite after each use. Eyelash Extension Use glue that meets Health Canada's labeling requirements. Certificate for eyelash extension available. Microblading Single use handles and blades are use. Blades discarded into sharp container. Gloves are worn during procedure. Laser hair Removal 2 protective eyewears available. With OD 7 and 4. Use eyewear with OD7. Replace OD4 eyewear with a eyewear with at least OD5. Laser warning sign is posted on the entry door. No reflective surfaces observed in the room.
