-Follow-up inspection to August 26, 2020.
-General food storage practices were good at the time of inspection. Raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods and food protected from contamination.
-Did not find any foods stored in opened cans.
-Foods were covered with food grade bags at the time of inspection.
-Hot potentially hazardous sauces were found to be properly cooled - items were probed at 4C.
-Health Permit hand delivered to the operator. Ensure permit is posted in a visible location.
