Comments

Hot holding case products ranged from 55C to 82C. Glass doors were shut at start of inspection. Instructed staff to keep tightly closed whenever not in use, and to check temperatures of product regularly. Dairy creamers at coffee station had some remaining ice on them Without being asked, staff was refreshing the ice immediately following her break. Good - make sure dairy products don't reach unsafe temperatures.
