Comments

General sanitation of the premises is satisfactory although some attention is needed in back storage area and hallway to organize items and remove any items which are not needed.
Removing clutter is important so that harbourage places are not created for rodents and so that areas are more accessible for cleaning.
No signs of pest activity were noted at the time of the inspection. Pest control contract is in place.
Walk-in cooler was at 1C Glass door cooler was at 4C
Chest freezer: -9C Upright freezer: -14C
Liquid soap and paper towel were present at the handsink in the kitchen.
Hot holding of samosas was 65C
Dishes were being washed in the dishwasher and manually sanitized. Concentration of sanitizer solution was 100ppm chlorine. Water appeared soapy. Ensure that dishes are well rinsed prior to immersion in sanitizer solution as detergent/soap renders chlorine less effective.
