Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1)Chipotle hollandaise sauce measured at approximately 24C. This was apparently prepared in the morning and placed out on the counter at around 11:30am to 12:00pm
2) Carton of liquid egg and approximately 40 pasteurized shell eggs measured at approximately 24C
