-Dishwasher had closed. Dishwasher log indicated that the rinse temperature during the breakfast wash was above 71 degC
-Pot washer rinse temperature is over 71 degC at plate level
-Discussed FHA Pandemic preparedness for Food Services. Documentation emailed.

B LEAN POD (OUTSIDE BLAST FREEZER) IS SET UP FOR FOOD SERVICE FOR MENTAL HEALTH PATIENTS IN THE BUILDING. SUBMIT DETAILED INFORMATION ON HOW FOOD WILL BE PROVIDED TO THE PATIENTS AT THE NEW MENTAL HEALTH BUILDING IN MAY WHEN IT OPENS.
