-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Salad cooler was at 4C (top and bottom).
-Both bar coolers were at 4C.
-Front bar cooler was at 3C.
-Freezers were at -15C/-18C.
-Chest freezer was at -24C.
-Hot holding was greater than 60C.
-Cooked potatoes were cooled rapidly in shallow trays and was at 4C.
-Chemical dishwasher had a final rinse of 50ppm chlorine on the dish surface (minimum of 50ppm required for proper sanitizing).
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer was at 100ppm.
-Ice machine cleaned weekly. Ice machine clean and well maintained.
-General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Ensure scoops are stored in a sanitary manner. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-Facility serviced by a professional pest control operator on a monthly basis. Minor fruit fly issues noted on previous reports.
-Washroom clean and sanitary. Handwash station supplied with liquid hand soap and single use paper towels.
-FOODSAFE Level 1 equivalent (Probe It Food Safety) valid until September 3, 2025.
