- General sanitation - good.
- Walk-in cooler was at 3.2C.
- Prep cooler (3-door) was at 2.2C.
- Prep cooler (single door) was at 1.2C.
- Upright freezers - satisfactory.
- Food storage - organized, off the floor; food items are covered.
- Warewashing carried out in 2-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs are available.
- Quats surface sanitizer at 200.
- No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
- Washroom clean and supplied with hot/cold running water; liquid soap and paper towels.
Note: No hot holding at the time of inspection (turned off/not in use).
- Beverages cooler < 4.0C.

Recommendations:
- Bare wood shelf, which above the pizza cutting tables has to be sealed.
- Scoops for dry goods must be stored in a sanitary manner.
- Hand washing sink must be accessible; properly supplied (hot/cold running water/liquid soap and paper towels). The operator on site claimed that the hand sink is not in use due to a pipe issue. Repair a pipe.This is very important (the critical violation)/be inform that the Correction Order and/or Violation Ticket will be issued.
Note: 2-compartment sink in use for hand washing.
