1. Food stored on ground in walk in cooler,
2. Cups used for ice stored directly in ice bins in unsanitary manner.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that food is stored at least 6inches/15cm off the ground to protect food from contamination. Operator moved items and placed on wire racks and/or crates during inspection.
Ensure that scoops are stored in a sanitary manner to prevent contamination of food. Ice scoops removed and placed in container/holder.
