Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach on site but no sanitizer available in the back food preparation area.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer is made up and is readily available for use in each food preparation area at all times during operation/food preparation. Keep all wiping cloths stored in sanitizer solution when they are not in use.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Access to hand sink in the kitchen area is not convenient as table holding dishes and edge of burners are approx 2 ft apart. Accessing hand sink between this small space beside hot cooking equipment is not convenient.
Corrective Action(s): Operator to move burners over and/or relocate table with dishes to create more access space to hand sink.

All hand wash stations (bar, kitchen, washroom) fully equipped with soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water. See violation code 401 re: accessiblity
All coolers 4⁰C or less (walk in, prep, under counter...etc)
Bowl of bean sprouts on ice - no concerns at time of inspection.
Freezers - 18C and -19C
Hot holding of rice 67C
General sanitation satisfactory. No obvious sign of pest infestation noted at time of inspection.
Meat slicer in use at time of inspection. Ensure meat slicer is taken apart and all parts are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after each use.
Ice machine appeared clean with scoop for ice stored outside of the ice in a separate container.
High temperature dish washer achieved 73.3C (with min/max probe thermometer).
All stored foods appeared protected (ie. stored off the ground, covered, sleeves for lights in food preparation areas installed...etc).
