Follow-up to inspection report #NTRG-BBBUAF:
Code 305: The three storage rooms at the back improved in organization. Most items were found on shelves and off the floor. Floor space was provided to walk into the rooms.
Code 306: The floors showed improvement in sanitation throughout the premises. More improvements can done to the floors underneath the shelving units in retail area where some debris still found. The cabinet of spices in the front counter were organized and cleaned.
*Some baked goods were found without a proper label. Must ensure that all items for sale bear a label as required by the federal and provincial laws.
*Correction order rescinded.
