Note: Facility is CFIA licensed. Inspection is limited to front service / wine tasting area.

Observations:
- General sanitation of premise is okay during inspection
- Hand washing station at front service area is unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Domestic dishwasher is available on site for glassware washing
- Chemicals are stored away from food
- *Note: recommended to install sticky fly traps in non-food preparation areas to trap fruit flies
