Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Designated hand washing station in the kitchen area was obstructed with containers and 4 stacked boxes of vegetable products. Hand washing station must be unobstructed at all times and be equipped with liquid soap and paper towels.

Follow up inspection conducted
Cooked foods no longer stored in cardboard boxes for delivered goods.
Operator has a contract with 2 different pest control company. Last pest report was dated Nov 20, 2017.
Clean has been done throughout the kitchen. Facility must stay on top of cleaning to control and rectify the cockroach problem.
Lower cockroach activity was noted in the kitchen area. Owner must maintain an on-going contract with a reputable pest company. Pest company must be on-site at least every 2 weeks to help eliminate the pest problem. Kitchen area must remain in a sanitary condition.
New knife holders have been installed for 2 of the chopping blocks. Chopping blocks can be removed and washed in the dishwasher.
Backdoor was tightly closed at the time of inspection.
