Two freezers for pre-packaged ice cream and freezies were at or below -18 degrees C (-19 degrees C and -18 degrees C respectively). Coolers are used to store non-potentially hazardous pre-bottled drinks only. Some were at or below 4 degrees C and there were above 4 degrees C. Make sure these coolers are maintained at or below 4 degrees C if any potentially hazardous food/beverages are placed in them. Handling and dispensing of un-packaged coffee is not provided according to Person in Charge. Only prepackaged coffee is dispensed through a machine. Single cups were available.
