Observation: Sanitation: Fruit flies noted (Pastry prep area.) Food/debris noted behind and under equipment. Garbage/recycling storage room requires cleaning. All storage bins are recommended to be kept covered.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and organize all work areas, including "hard to reach" areas. (ie: behind/under equipment) All items are to be stored in designated areas. Spills are to be cleaned up asap. Maintain a routine cleaning program.
