Cooked food items are to be stored above raw food items. - Mechanical Dishwashing: Improved. Ensure all food contact surfaces are being washed and disinfected after use. utensil storage improved. Wiping cloth storage improved. - Sanitation: Great improvement! Facility is required to be kept clean and organized. All items are to be stored in designated areas. - Structurally: Ongoing efforts are required to keep all surfaces in good repair. - Pest control: Ongoing efforts are required throughout the entire year.
