Observation: *REPEAT* (Since Aug 2022) Rodent droppings observed at back of the facility in the following areas:
- on boxes of product
- near garage-style receiving door, and
- staff office

Pest control company has already been contracted.
Corrective Action(s): Inform pest control company of pest activity observations. Follow instructions provided by Pest Control Technician.
When cleaning, do no use a vacuum, spray, or broom. Please follow proper cleaning instructinos from Pest Control Technician.
After cleaning, monitor area for new activity. If new activity is observed, inform Pest Control Technician immediately.
