Other traps around the kitchen were checked (under refrigeration units and other side of the two compartment sink - traps were empty). Corrective Action(s): Ensure that area around the dishwasher is maintained, clean and sanitized. Golden Pest Control records were reviewed - last here Sept 8, 2022 as stated on report. Gold Pest Control records must be more detailed, list what areas were checked specifically and describe what was done. No cockroaches were found crawling around the facility during the inspection.
