Observation: During the inspection it was observed that the manager's name was not posted.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure the name and function of the manager is posted in a prominent place.

Observation: During the inspection 6 children's files were reviewed. Two of the children's files were missing an enrollment date.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure all files are up to date and include and enrollment date.
