Tim Hortons Food Safety Plan - reservoir is to be filled with pre-chilled product at 4 C either from a cooler unit or following ice water slush method. During peak service periods use to ice slush method to rapidly chill product before filling machine.
Machine emptied, cleaned and sanitized during inspection.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Back handsink blocked with dishware drain rack and papertowel dispenser empty.
Corrective Action(s): Staff relocated drain rack to provide access to handsink and refilled papertowel dispenser.

Hand-washing stations are to kept fully accessible at all times to allow staff to conveniently and frequently wash their hands as needed.

Corrective Action(s): Staff conducted cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces during inspection.
