GEN. -The following items have been observed
-->sushi display cooler is now measured at -2.1 deg. C
-->Equipment appears to be in sanitary condition
-->Rodent droppings have been mostly removed
--> 2-door cooler is now measured at 2.1 deg. C

Still outstanding:
-->open bags of dry goods should be in pest proof containers
--> New droppings noted. Remove droppings, sanitize area, and have a pest control contract set up for visits.
--> Wall by back stove requires to be refinished. Operator indicated re-painting will be done in a month.
-->Operator has replaced front counter with new wood.

Refinish/repaint bare wood as all surfaces must be smooth, easily cleaned, and impervious to moisture.


*Facility is given approval to re-open. Ensure outstanding items are corrected within the agreed time.

This facility is approved to provide crepe items, tea infused egg, and tofu pudding, as originally approved. New menu items are not approved and allowed to be offered due to the size of the facility.
