Observation: Two buckets and black plastic box in the back kitchen hand sink; clean tray on a top of it.
Paper towel available; liquid soap very small amount and it is not getting out.
Corrective Action(s): Immediately. Remove all items from the sink. The handwash sink must be available all the time. Absolutely no food preparation on that created prep. area.
Refill the wall-mounted soap dispenser.

Observation: Few plastic containers for food storage are broken/damaged.
Some food items stored on the floor in the dry storage area.
Corrective Action(s): All damaged containers must be replaced.

Observation: Accumulation (small amount) of grease and food debris found in hard-to-reach areas (under & on equipment, corners, and walls).
Corrective Action(s): Regular cleaning has to be in place as well as deep cleaning required time to time.

General sanitation is acceptable but required attention (see violation sections).
Handsink in front sweets area and in kitchen (corrected) equipped with liquid soap, paper towels, hot/cold running water.
Walk in cooler at 4.0 C.
Prep cooler at 2.9 C
Sliding Glass door cooler: 3.1 C.
Upright glass door freezer - satisfactory.
Chest freezers (kitchen and storage area near the customers washroom) - satisfactory.
Sweets display cooler at 4.0 C.
Note: Front hot holding unit for samosas is not in use at the time of inspection.
Low temperature dishwasher achieved 50 ppm chlorine residual on rinse cycle at dish level.
No signs of pests at time of inspection.
Surface sanitizer/Bleach - available.

Note: Freshly cooked food stored in plastic bulk containers at room temperature (the owner claimed that the food cooked as 30 min ago). Ensure, proper cooling procedures in place.
Note: Do not keep any items (eg., single use containers, utensils) around front handwash sick (to avoid contamination).
