304 - Premises not free of pests [s. 26(a)] Observation: Minor drain fly presence persists. Relative low volumes, but most noted at back dishwash sinks. Also observed pooling water in and around both sink areas at back of premises. It appears the lip or crease between the floor and grease trap lid, given its ability to hold water is an attractive area for egg laying. Corrective Action(s): Continue to keep the dishsink areas dry. Make the floor drains and lip of grease trap uninviting to pests as duscussed. Violation Score: 3

Improve lighting i both walk-in cooler and freezer to facilitate cleaning. 60 W incandescent bulbs are not doing it.
