Inspection of kitchen after fire restoration work completed. Kitchen not currently open for food preparation at time of inspection.
All kitchen equipment was removed off site to be professionally cleaned during the restoration process.
Restoration documentation provided by the restoration company.
Equipment observed to be clean at time of inspection.
Dishwasher at 76c (At plate level). Soap dispensed into wash cycle
New upright cooler unit installed for the upcoming after school program located adjacent to the walk in cooler. Unit cold holding at <4c
Walk in cooler temperature recorded at 1 to 2c
**Front display cooler at -3 to -4c.
Kitchen may reopen when ready.
