-handsinks fully equipped
-quats buckets at 200ppm for sanitizing
-high temperature dishwasher sanitizing at 76.1C internally
*dishwasher log maintained, a few meal times in July were not filled out
-cold storage temperatures logged twice a day
-cook and hot hold temps logged for each meal
-pest control company monitors facility twice a month, no signs of pests at time of inspection
-hot holding at >60C
-coolers at 4C or less and equipped with thermometers
-food storage in coolers is good
-freezers at -18C or less, including two in back storage room
-bulk food items stored in pest proof containers
