- All handwashing stations equipped with hot/cold water, soap and paper towels - All refrigeration units (line coolers, stand up) are </=4C, food probed (cheese, meats are </=4C), thermometer available in all units - All freezer units are </=-18C - hot holding unit for soup and mac & cheese at >/=60C, (68.1C and 72.1C) respectively - QUATS sanitizer bucket and spray bottles properly labelled and tested to contain 200ppm QUATS. - 2 compartment sink with Quats sanitizer available. - High temperature dishwasher tested at >/=71C - General sanitation is very good, no signs of pest observed during inspection. - Food items are all being stored in food grade containers with proper labeling, following FIFO. Meats and vegetables are being stored separately. - Employee with food safe certification present on-site and permit posted. COVID-19 safety plan available.
