- Hot & cold running water is provided - Liquid soap & paper towels in place - Sanitizer in the spray bottle had too much chlorine concentration. It was diluted down during inspection. **Ensure that sanitizer solution is prepared fresh everyday and 100ppm chlorine (1teaspoon bleach/1L water) is maintained. Sanitizer that is too strong may leave residuals on food contact surfaces and contaminate foods. - Temperatures of refrigeration units are adequate - Refrigeration units are equipped with working thermometers - Utensils are maintained in a sanitary manner - General sanitation is satisfactory - The owner is to re-take FOODSAFE level 1.
