Followup inspection to initial. - All handsinks are fully equipped with liquid soap & paper towel dispensers. - All areas have been finished - All coolers @ 4C or below & equipped with thermometers. - All freezers @ -18C or below. The following must be completed for next inspection: (1) Remove divider door in kitchen. (2) Paint and clean closet space for dry storage. (3) install counter space as discussed during inspection with environmental health officer. There needs space for food processing procedures. (4) Cooler (insert) needs thorough cleaning. (5) Shelves need to be installed as discussed during inspection.
