Comments

Coolers were at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer temperatures were satisfactory. Refrigeration units were equipped with thermometers. Hot-holding unit containing pre-packaged cooked rotisserie chicken in the retail area was at or above 60 degrees C. Randomly selected meal replacement products and infant formulas were not past their expiration dates. Expiration dates for these products are monitored according to the Assistant Manager. First in first out principle is followed. Food storage areas appeared clean and organized at the time of inspection. Pest control program was in place on a monthly basis via Rentokil. Signature is not required on this report due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Assistant Manager consented to receive this inspection report via email.
