*Follow-up to inspection conducted on November 19, 2018 (Report #MLOO-B6NU88)

- Pizza prep cooler was repaired. Ambient temperatures were < or = 4C.
- 100 ppm bleach sanitizer was available in spray bottle
- Continue to clean pizza oven regularly to prevent accumulation of food debris

*Begin keeping temperature logs for all coolers and freezers. Record the temperature twice per day for all coolers and freezers using an accurate thermometer. Coolers must be at 4C/40F or less and freezers must be at -18C/0F or less. Ensure temperature logs are available onsite for review.
