-Follow-up inspection to January 11, 2019.
-Bleach sanitizer spray bottle and pail were at 100ppm to 200ppm. Sanitizer pail is now changed throughout the day, especially during periods of heavy use.
-Did not observe foods stored on the floor or in opened cans at the time of inspection. Food properly stored in a sanitary manner and inside food grade containers.
-2-door cooler was at 4C.
-Back door kept closed at the time of inspection.
-Hot potentially hazardous foods such as the pho broth was probed at 4C to 5C.
-High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature of 72C on the dish surface (minimum 71C required for proper sanitizing).
*A bag of frozen poultry was found at room temperature. Frozen foods must be thawed in a cooler at 4C or less. Poultry still had ice on the surface and was transferred into the cooler at the time of inspection.
