- Prep. cooler: 4 deg.C
- Undercounter freezer: -10 deg.C
- Hot + cold running water available
- Liquid handsoap + paper towel present at handwashing stations.
- General sanitation is satisfactory.
Cabinet at back requires minor cleaning.
- No signs of pests at time of visit.
- Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle is noted. At least 100ppm chlorine is noted.
- Discussed dishwashing procedure with staff. Bleach is used to sanitize dishware.
- Ice sink and ice machine appear to be in sanitary condition.

Note:
(1) Ensure sanitizer is used on food contact surfaces when required.
(2) Parts of the seal on back door are chipped. Replace seal to prevent pests from entering.
