Observation: Bleach sanitizer not available at time of inspection. Food-grade sanitizer is required to be on site whenever facility is operating.
Corrective Action(s): Use either a bucket or spray bottle and fill with bleach (or alternative approved sanitizer).
Proper mix ratio is 1/2 tsp household unscented bleach to 1 L potable water. This should be made fresh daily.

Operator has stated pest control company is provided via the landlord of the store. Pest control company has not been providing recommendations to staff.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Advise pest control of sightings of droppings in above identified areas.
2. Ask pest control company for recommendations to remediate pest issue. Follow recommendations.
