Walk in freezer is -18 degrees Celsius or colder.
Quat sanitizer from spray bottle and sink both measured a 200 PPM residual.
Liquid soap and paper towel available at handsink.
Soups and sauces were 60 degrees Celsius or hotter.
Ensure staff belongings are not stored on dry storage rack. Recommend mounting hooks on wall near door way for staff belongings.
