Observation: Rotisserie units and hot holding units are noted on site on top of the counter by the swing door. These were not given health approval and cannot be used until health approval has been granted. Other approvals may be required such as from the fire department, and other city approvals.
Corrective Action(s): The following must be submitted to health department or have these equipment removed. Non compliance may result in further enforcement action. Cooking and hot holding are not to take place until health approval has been granted. Items to submit are as follows:
1) Application for health approval
2) Food safety plan, sanitation plan, and valid food safe level 1 certificate
3) Updated floor plans
