- Quats sanitizer pails were measured at 200 ppm - Hand sink in the back was properly supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels in dispensers. Reminder that all hand sinks must also be easily accessible and unobstructed - do not store any items in front of any hand sink. - Ice scoop was clean and stored in a sanitary manner. - Staff on duty had a valid FoodSafe certificate (or equivalent).
